Who We Are
My name is Ida, and I am the proud owner, broker, and founder. I’m so glad you’re here to learn more about who we are and what we do.
Before starting The DIY Listing, I built a career as an executive in Information Technology and Human Resources for a Fortune 100 company. While I appreciated those opportunities, as a mom I wanted more balance and the ability to pursue my passion for real estate. That decision led me to combine my business background with my personal experience as a property owner to create a smarter, value-driven way to sell real estate.
Through my own journey, I realized selling a home is ultimately a process—one that can be broken down into clear, manageable steps. If homeowners can be guided through those steps, why should they have to give away thousands in commission? I understand the hard work and sacrifice it takes to build equity, and I believe in protecting it.
